Wesley didn't arrive at manufacturing through consulting. He arrived through running businesses that depended on it. Over the years he has built and operated importing companies, sourced and produced goods overseas, and put his own capital at risk on every decision — which is a very different way to learn an industry than reading about it.

That meant doing all of it himself: evaluating factories in person, separating real manufacturers from middlemen, negotiating and managing supplier relationships, solving production and quality problems as they happened, and coordinating the logistics, customs, and inventory that turn a finished product into a delivered one. He's seen what goes right and, more usefully, what goes wrong — and what it costs.

FactoryBridge is the result: a way to open that hard-won experience to other companies. The principle is simple — clients deserve transparent, independent advice from someone who has actually operated supply chains, not a broker collecting a factory commission. The company is new. The experience behind it is not.
